Accessible tickets, where available, can be purchased via Ticketmaster through the 'Accessible Tickets' button on desktop or the accessible symbol on mobile devices. All tickets are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for choosing suitable tickets. You must carefully read all available information and consider relevant logistics before purchasing any specific ticket type.
- Indoor venues
Some indoor venues have specific accessible tickets available via the 'Accessible Tickets' button on the Ticketmaster event page but other indoor venues do not have a specific accessible ticket type.
If you do not see a link to PURCHASE ACCESSIBLE TICKETS ONLNE HERE when you click on the 'Accessible Tickets' button, this means you will need to buy general tickets and contact the venue directly for more information on accessibility.
Outdoor venues
All outdoor MCD events will have specific accessible tickets available.
If there is a PURCHASE ACCESSIBLE TICKETS ONLNE HERE link on the event you're interested in, but searching for tickets via it is not returning any ticket options, this may mean that all accessible tickets are sold out.
Ticketmaster Accessible Database
Customers must register for Ticketmaster's Accessible Database here before purchasing any accessible tickets.
