Once verified, an AAR number will be issued by Ticketmaster to customers who have registered their accessible requirements and this unique identifier will remain valid on your account for 2 years. It is required to book accessible tickets or apply for accessible accommodations.
MCD cannot accept any medical evidence directly, so those who wish to book accessible tickets or apply for accessible accommodations must have a valid AAR number to proceed.
An AAR will not alter any existing ticket bookings, so if you have already made a purchase and then register, your booking will remain the same on this occasion. You will, however, be able to use your AAR number to complete future accessible bookings or to complete accessible request forms for outdoor summer shows.
