If you’re having trouble signing into your MyMCD account, here are a few steps to help you get back on track:
1. Check your activation email: When you register, you’ll receive an email with a link to activate your account. Don’t forget to check your junk or spam folder.
2. Forgot your password? Click the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the login page, and you’ll be sent an email to reset it.
3. Technical tips: Try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser
Note: Some people may receive MCD emails as previous ticket buyers, but only those who’ve completed the MyMCD registration process will be able to log in to the portal.
