If Ticketmaster Transfer is switched on, you'll be able to transfer tickets via your Ticketmaster MyAccount. The purchaser will need to check the tickets to see if it's available at the moment - if the option is there, the Transfer button will be blue, and if it's not there yet, the option will be grey.
Please note transfers are not guaranteed on every show. This feature will only be permanently disabled if requested by the artist/venue and is often only available a few weeks before the show. We are unable to provide exact dates; check MyAccount frequently for updates. For shows where we are requested to leave Transfer off entirely, it will be necessary for your party to arrive all together to be scanned in together. Such events are sometimes referred to as Lead Booker Events.
