Please check the Ticketmaster event page to see if any suitable accessible tickets are available for sale. Customers must register for Ticketmaster's Accessible Database here before purchasing/requesting an exchange to any accessible tickets. If so, you can purchase these and then ask Ticketmaster to refund your original booking. Please note, both purchases must be made via the same Ticketmaster account, and the refund must be requested on the same day as the new booking is made via your MyAccount.
If no suitable accessible tickets are available, unfortunately, no moves will be possible as all ticket types are finite and exchanges are subject to availability. If this is the case, and you cannot attend on the tickets you have purchased, the option of listing your tickets for resale may be available to you - please check your Ticketmaster MyAccount.
